Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Human Resource
(Kuala Lumpur - Penang - Langkawi - Kota Kinabalu) Responsibilities:
- To collaborate with the Head of Group Human Capital Management in placement of suitable candidates, internally & externally to fulfil the manpower requirement and mobility, locally & internationally to achieve clients’ business objective.
- Involves in monthly, quarterly and yearly manpower report required by the Management.
- Assist Head of Group Human Capital Management to develop the framework of succession plan and career management.
- Formulate organizational development intervention and talent management.
- Conducts and analyses job evaluation and benefits administration to ensure the company's competitiveness.
- Continuously reviews policies & procedures regarding compensation and benefits administration.
- Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees.
- Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training modules in line with the strategic plan of raising capabilites and developing talents.
- Assist the department on day-to-day tasks as and when required
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language.
- Sound knowledge in HRM & HRD.
- General knowledge on Employment Laws & Practices.
- Good HR Networking.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent organisational skills.
